Bestop’s customers, who are passionate about off-roading and outdoor adventures, were sent emails that resonated with their specific needs and interests. This means that customers in regions experiencing sunny weather were targeted with promotions for Bestop's popular soft tops, such as the TrekTop NX Glide, and conversely, customers in areas with impending rain were offered discounts on waterproof seat covers or storage solutions, ensuring their vehicles remained protected and secure.
In other use cases, location was also used to highlight popular local destinations, reminding customers of the importance of having covers that could withstand all elements.
Additionally, Revamp enhanced customer engagement by incorporating relevant product reviews within these emails. This allowed customers browsing specific products to see real feedback from fellow off-roaders, building trust and increasing purchase confidence. To further personalize the experience, customers were also presented with strategic product pairings, ensuring they had all the necessary accessories to complement their purchase, whether it was a soft top paired with a cargo organizer or waterproof seat covers recommended alongside floor liners for full interior protection.
